"My 28lbs. weight loss through the PWLC Program has given me renewed energy and stamina. Additionally I have dropped two waist sizes in pants and also dropped a shirt size! The Program was easy to follow and the supplements and meals were not only nutritional but helped curb my hunger. Having a physician perform a pre-exam and take a history also gave me confidence when starting the program so that there were no hidden health issues. After having my third child, my weight skyrocketed to a whopping 200 pounds. I was immediately embarrassed and disappointed in myself. "I thought that at my age I couldn't lose weight and I would never get back to my ideal weight again. However, I found Physician's Weight Loss Center (PWLC) last year before Christmas and being on the diet helped me from gaining weight during the holidays. So I only had 25 pounds to lose rather than 40 pounds. I found that eating food from all the food groups and controlling portions actually resulted in more food to eat at each meal and a steady loss of weight. I have never been hungry while on the PWLC diet because of the amount of food required for each meal and snack.
